Founder of Elizabeth Grace Design Jodi has been working in salons for 18 years, beginning her career as a Saturday Girl and working her way through to Hairdressing Lecturer/Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer. Additionally Jodi has also gained a level 3 Floristry Diploma. “I love training and keeping up to date with new trends, techniques and being experimental with the colour pallet, it makes it even better that I get to listen to music all day!” She is always looking to improve, believes in training her staff and takes pride in what she does. Outside of the business Jodi enjoys to travel, listen to music, meet new people, keeping fit and party.

Specialist in Creative Colour and Pastel Tones

“Hairdressing is so rewarding because I know I am making clients feel good about themselves, it’s the satisfaction of seeing them smiling and becoming part of there lives. I enjoy being able to get creative with colour and tailoring individual looks for clients.” Michelle has nearly 17 years experience in the industry and still enjoys learning new things. In her spare time she enjoys baking homemade treats with her children and family time around the table. To wind down Michelle likes to try new flavours of gin, pear drop is her favourite flavour at the moment.

New to Elizabeth Grace with our recent expansion Debbie has over 20 years experience in Beauty Therapy. Debbie loves to train in new methods and keep her beauty skills unto date with new treatments. She is a keen runner and keeps motivated by booking onto races from 10k to a marathon. Along side keeping fit and beauty there is also that interest in anatomy and physiology Debbie has which she uses when massaging, and offering advice for referrals.
